Houses

I've just completed an illustration for a mortgage poster for Ipswich Building Society - I really enjoyed drawing lots of different types of houses. Above are three of them!

Ipswich Building Society

Here is some of my recent artwork for Ipswich Building Society....
The Grandma and Grandad are definitely my favourite!

Some nice things

Crispin Finn are a design duo who only produce work in red, white and blue! I always find it a good challenge to work with a limited colour palette. I like the emphasis of using the joke printed on the wooden stick on the ice lolly print - it's a nice reminder of childhood!

I really like these themed posters by Claudia Pearson showing the variety of a certain vegetable. I like the combination of image and text too.

Christmas card

Working on this year's Christmas card. I think it might be something to be with bare trees and birds. I like the shapes the branches make.

Plus I really like this lovely and fun matchbox label, using just 3 colours.

Paris

I would quite like to make a little image inspired by my trip to Paris.

Wedding stationery

Here are the designs I came up with for the printed bits and pieces for our wedding (invites, table numbers, table plan and thank you cards). I am very happy with the final results - we wanted something simple and charming....

Joanna Millington

It's been a while since I blogged but that's because a lot has been happening. I've got married, been to Paris for honeymoon, moved house and studio all at once!

We felt very lucky to have Joanna Millington as our wedding photographer - here are just a few of some of our favourite photos from the day. Joanna did a brilliant job of recording the day, the details and capturing the people and the moments, all in such a beautiful and expressive way. Check out her blog!
