From Fi to you

A month or so ago, a friend asked me to design a label for her to sew on to her handmade Scandinavian inspired gifts. Her site is up and running now, so take a look at the beautiful products she has for sale!

49 objects found lurking in the kitchen drawer

Whilst sorting through my room, I stumbled across this image by Jamie Wieck. I like that he has taken notice of and drawn the things found in a kitchen drawer. I think everybody has a drawer like this in their house. The connection between some of the items is well thought through and helps to unite the design.

Letterpress

With only one month to go until my wedding, I did some letterpress-ing last week, in preparation for the table signs at the reception and for the thank you cards. Now I've got, the basic elements I can have fun with the colours and compositions! Watch this space!
