Dishing up a delightful exhibition

My current exhibition 'The Art of Fine Food' is featured in this month's 'Suffolk' magazine. I picked a copy up today, here it is...

Create for Cross

Map making

I like maps and I like following my way along on them. And I would like to start making them. Here is my first map, I'm not sure if I've finished it yet.

I actually found it trickier than expected - deciding what to use as the icon and keeping them so simple. But I have lots more maps to make and practice. I think I will make a map daily for the next week, based on a journey I have made on that day?

To Do

With my exhibition now running at the Suffolk Food Hall, I've cleared up my studio, backed up my mac and now I'm ready to make a new to do list. There's lots to do.

Typoretum is a small family-run private press based in Colchester and this year they are hoping to run weekend letterpress workshops... i'm waiting for more details!
